My Mum used to write and broadcast children's stories and did some journalism in local Tanzanian newspapers. I like to think I've inherited her enjoyment of writing and storytelling. This site is so I can share with you, dear reader.

Here are my writings on contemplative prayer, mission, and reflections on life plus some current affairs and occasional sermon.

More people are becoming aware of spiritual realities, including the reality of evil. People are interested in who Jesus is, how to connect with Him, and how to live authentically as his 'student' in these times.

Some of my writings may be challenging or even sensitive for us personally. Thank you for daring to explore. Be reassured that God is sovereign over everything. There are currents in the world that obscure or misrepresent truth, making good appear bad, or bad appear good. Jesus calls us to be as be wise as serpents and innocent as doves - see Matthew 10:16. We are called to look beneath the surface of things and discern.
